Peppermint Essential Oil

Peppermint essential oil is obtained from Mentha piperita, a plant of the Lamiaceae family. Known for its digestive, calming and antibacterial properties, it is useful in case of bad breath, nausea and colitis. Antistress: if widespread, it is useful in case of psycho-physical fatigue.
