ORGANIC ARGAN OIL

Being 100% vegetable, an argan oil has elasticizing properties. Once applied to the skin it is able to reach the deepest layers without leaving a greasy surface. The subcutaneous layers benefit from the presence of polyphenols, which contribute to making the skin more elastic and resistant. This oil is also recommended for the hydration of the skin of the face and body, especially after exposure to the sun and at the end of summer to restore softness and vigor to the skin, especially if dry or cracked, and prepare it for arrival of the cold season. You could try to make a do-it-yourself treatment with which to pamper your nails, adding a teaspoon of argan oil and one of lemon juice. Apply the mixture on your nails before going to sleep and wear cotton gloves. For the hydration of the skin of the whole body, add a few drops of argan oil to the bath water, or apply them on your shower gel after having moistened it and use it to massage the whole body before soaping. If your skin feels the need, you can also make a body scrub by mixing fine salt with a little bit of argan oil. Argan oil can become your precious ally in case you suffer from muscle contractures and cramps. Massaging it on the upper and lower limbs will help you stretch your muscles and relax at the same time.
