Where is my order?

If there has no updates on page “Tracking” after your order is shipped out. The reason is due to your order was sent from our overseas warehouses. Parcels need to arrive your location by plane from overseas, then local shipping company will pick up parcels from airport in working days.

Please give some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching next station, hope you will receive your package soon and love the wonderful item.

Note: Tracking details can be found in “My Orders”.

 

Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

Sorry about this inconvenience, we will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:

1) Items are in different warehouses.

2) Different item preparing time.

3) Weight limit of custom or courier.

You will receive an email notification when each parcel is shipped.

 

Why the tracking service does shows that the package has been delivered, but I did not receive anything?

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by other residents of neighbors. Would you like to have a check?

You could also contact the local shipping company to check it with your tracking number.

If you still cannot find it, please do not hesitate to contact us for help.

 

How to track my order

Track your order with a few clicks.

Step 1   Log into “My Account”

Click on “My Orders”

Step 2   In “My Orders”, you will be able to get an overview of your order history and their status.

Click “View Details” for more.

Step 3   If your order is “Shipped”, select “Track” to check the current status of your package.

You will then be taken to an overview of your recent shipping history of your package.

Step 4   Once you receive your package, confirm delivery and earn Bonus Points. (Shop & Save)

Your order is not in the “[Orders]” section of your account? And you ordered more than an hour ago? Please contact customer service. If your order was unsuccessful, we will automatically refund.

 

Edit order

Once your order has been placed, you can no longer modify it.

In this case you can return your item within the return period. You will be refunded as soon as your return has been processed.

View an invoice or credit note

All invoices and credit notes are listed in the Invoices section of your account or can be requested from our partners (with your order). You will receive one invoice per delivery. If your order is shipped in multiple parts, you may receive multiple invoices.

Pay on your account via Bancontact or transfer the amount:

Once your order has been dispatched, your invoice will be available and can be viewed in your overview.

 

Transfer the amount by bank transfer

Modify an invoice

In order to protect your data, an invoice cannot be modified once the order has been placed. If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it and reorder it by indicating the correct billing address.

 

VAT invoice

The invoice with the VAT amount can be found in your account.

You will find an overview of the payments in your account. You can request an invoice with VAT, you will receive the invoice within 7 working days.
